These photographs were taken at the Kura Hulanda Museum in Curacao, once the hub of the Caribbean slave trade. The museum is a balanced view of the history of slavery in the world and particularly the Caribbean. The museum also features a gorgeous collection of African art and cultural items. Located in the Otrobanda section of Willemstad, Curacao this museum is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
